Recently, the European Association of Tire and Rubber Manufacturers officially launched the 2015 tire product market regulatory action. This is the first joint action in the field of EU tire label market regulation.
Authorized by the European Commission, PROSAFE is responsible for coordinating this event and is currently working to combine 13 different market surveillance authorities with other EU member states and Turkey to ensure the effective implementation of tyre regulatory measures.
This action continued until the beginning of 2018, and PROSAFE will work closely with other EU market regulators that are not involved.
In addition, they work with an advisory board composed of European associations of supply companies, consumer organizations and environmental NGOs.
