On October 28th, two production lines of the 20,000-ton/year fiber project of Anhui Haowei Group (Stock Co., Ltd.) have been successfully commissioned to produce qualified PVA high-strength and high-modulus fiber products.
Shengwei PVA high-strength high-modulus fiber products have independent intellectual property rights, and the output is the first in the country, and most of them are used for export. Due to the characteristics of product degradation, environmental protection, and heat preservation, it has become the first choice for replacing asbestos in Europe, America, and South Asia. At present, PVI's PVA high-strength and high-modulus fiber products have been applied by some well-known domestic water conservancy dams and seawalls, and the national market is gradually opening.
The new fiber production line invested by Yu Wei has achieved new breakthroughs in energy conservation, environmental protection, and cost reduction through the use of new technologies, new materials, new equipment, and new processes.
It is expected that by the end of November, the six production lines of the 20,000 tons/year fiber project will all be installed. After the completion of the project, coupled with the original production line, the production capacity of PVI high-strength high-modulus fiber products will leap to the top in the world.
