Gas hazard and its prevention
Gas accidents have always been a major safety accident in coal mines. How to prevent the occurrence of gas accidents? Generally speaking, the prevention of gas suffocation accidents is mainly to strengthen ventilation, ensure sufficient air supply, and prevent windless breeze operation; secondly, reduce and eliminate gas diarrhea in goaf and ensure effective air volume. The following is a brief view on the prevention of gas explosions.
First, prevent gas accumulation
(l) Select the best ventilation system, strengthen ventilation management, and be effective, stable and continuous, in order to discharge the gushing gas in time, so that the gas concentration in the mining face and the production well is in compliance with the Regulations. Requirements.
(2) Dealing with local accumulated gas in a timely manner. The places where gas is easy to accumulate during production are: the corner of the working face, the cavity where the roof falls, the roof near the low wind speed, the blind lane where the wind stops, the boundary of the goaf at the mining face and the vicinity of the shearer. Timely treatment of local gas accumulation is an important part of daily gas management in mines, and also a key task in preventing gas explosion accidents and ensuring safe production. The main method usually adopted is to increase the air supply volume or increase the wind speed to the gas storage location, and dilute the gas; to block the gas accumulated in the blind alley and the roof cavity; and take measures for pumping if necessary.
Second, put an end to the fire source
1. It is absolutely forbidden for anyone to carry tobacco and ignition materials into the well. It is strictly forbidden to use Minghuo Mingdian lighting. It is strictly forbidden to wear chemical fiber clothes. Fireworks are prohibited within 20M of wellhead room and exhaust fan room. Fire is prohibited in the underground and heating with light bulbs and electric stoves, underground and wellhead rooms are prohibited. In special cases, electrical welding and torch welding are required. Special measures must be submitted for approval and strict measures must be implemented.
2. Strengthen the management of electrical equipment and eliminate the source of electrical fire. Strictly implement the system of regular inspection, inspection, maintenance, maintenance and overhaul of equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good condition; eliminate the explosion of electrical equipment, and strictly prohibit the use of mechanical and electrical equipment that has been eliminated by the state. When evacuating underground and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, power is cut off and electricity is not allowed.
3. Strictly put into the gun system, it is strictly forbidden to release the guns and the gunbars, and use the blasting items that meet the safety level. Use the correct method of shooting, use the water-bubble mud, and the length of the sealing mud meets the requirements; strictly enforce the "one shot and three inspections" and prohibit the counter To blast, it is forbidden to use a power line or a miner's lamp to fire a gun.
4. The lightning protection device must be installed at the entrance to the well.
5, the track directly into the well from the ground, the pipeline introduced by the overhead must have not less than two centralized grounding; the communication line must be installed in the well to install fuses and lightning protection devices.
Third, strengthen local ventilation management
1. Designate a person to be responsible for management, ensure regular operation, and refrain from stopping the fan at will;
2. The local ventilator and starting device must be installed in the air inlet roadway, and the distance from the return air inlet should not be less than 10m;
3. Install a fan (a local ventilator, such as a downhole roadway, a cave mining.) The full negative pressure air supply of the roadway must be greater than 1/3 of the fan air intake, and remain stable to avoid circulating wind;
4. The distance between the air cylinder and the working surface should exceed 5m, and ensure that the working surface has sufficient air volume.
5, the fan must be installed and normal use of wind power (or gas) locking device.
Fourth, the roadway must first check the working surface and the gas at the through point. Only confirm that the gas does not exceed the limit before the power is released.
Fifth, take the district ventilation, put an end to the series ventilation that does not comply with the "Procedure"; love and use the explosion-proof water bag.
6. Temporary suspension of work, no wind may be stopped, otherwise the power must be cut off, fences set, and warning signs set.
In mines with prominent coal and gas, measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of accidents, because the release of a large amount of gas will lead to gas overruns; it will also cause suffocation accidents; if there is a fire source, it will also lead to gas explosion accidents.
