China has made new breakthroughs in the construction of Raman spectroscopy three-dimensional hotspot matrix

[ Instrument Network Instrument Development ] Recently, Yang Liangbao, Researcher of Bioelectronics Technology Laboratory, Center for Medical Physics and Technology, proposed an effective method for constructing long-period, high-stability surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy three-dimensional hotspot matrix using glycerol. The related results are published in the RSC database TOP journal Chemical Communications under the title of Long-period and High-stability Three-dimensional Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering Hotspot Matrix.

Schematic diagram of three-dimensional hot spot matrix in glycerin system and water system
In the early stage, Yang Liangbao's research team developed a dynamic surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (D-SERS) method by solvent evaporation to induce self-assembly of nanoparticles. The three-dimensional hotspot matrix formed during solution evaporation was used to achieve a highly sensitive response of SERS. . However, due to the rapid evaporation rate of the aqueous solution, the three-dimensional hot spot has a short existence time and poor stability. Therefore, in response to these problems, Yang Liangbao and other researchers have proposed a method for constructing long-period, high-stability surface-enhanced Raman three-dimensional hotspot matrices using glycerol. The method increases the number of three-dimensional Ag NPs hotspot matrices, greatly improves the sensitivity of SERS detection, and achieves highly sensitive and stable detection of nanobiomolecule marine toxins, pesticide residues, drugs, and the like. The long-period and high-stability three-dimensional hotspots constructed have reduced the occurrence of accidental factors caused by the short time of the water system hotspots, making the experiment more operable, in the field of actual crime scene analysis, medical diagnosis, food safety, etc. The application prospects are broader.
The above research work has won the national science and technology major project "Key technology for constructing high-density hot spot SERS probe chip based on aptamer" and Anhui Science and Technology Police Project "multi-channel portable drug on-site detection box", "Hair in Drugs Qualcomm" Funding for the development of rapid detection systems.

No-Magnetic Stainless Steel Shot

Longlived Metal Products CO.,LTD chooses high-quality No-Magnetic Stainless Steel, which has relatively high non-magnetic properties, so it has three major advantages:

1. The steel shot produced does not need to be demagnetized, and it is non-magnetic or weakly magnetic;

2. The non-magnetic steel shot has bright color, clear surface, uniform particles and no impurities;

3. The performance of non-magnetic steel shot is close to that of 304 Stainless Steel Shot, and there is no various oxidation and impurities after demagnetization of 304 steel shot, so it has a very high cost performance;

4. It is not easy to generate working magnetism in the process of throwing and beating, so the steel shot can be efficient and practical, avoiding repeated cleaning and repeated addition of steel shot, which not only saves costs but also improves work efficiency.
