From January to June Anhui Automobile Exports First in China
In the first half of 2012, the total vehicle exports of Anhui Province were 1045,000, and the export value was 834 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 17.86% year-on-year, and the number of exports continued to be the highest in the country.
The reason why Anhui's auto exports maintain steady growth is mainly due to export companies insisting on implementing diversified market expansion strategies and vigorously expanding the sales coverage and market share in the international market. Since the beginning of this year, Anhui has stepped up the collection of relevant information on relevant regional situations and helped auto export companies effectively resolve risks and expand exports in due course. In the first half of the year, the Gulf region and other markets continued to consolidate and expand, with exports to Iran at 19,900 units, an increase of 149.9% year-on-year; and exports to Iraq were 10,300 units, an increase of 14.9% year-on-year. The number of cars exported to Africa was 19,100, an increase of 199.7% year-on-year; the export value was 130 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 168.3% year-on-year. At the same time, efforts were made to expand markets in Argentina, Venezuela and other countries to effectively curb the decline in exports to Latin America. The related auto export enterprises also grasped the opportunity of expanding demand for orders from countries such as Russia and Ukraine in a timely manner, which not only increased exports but also expanded the market. In the first six months, it exported 10,200 vehicles to Russia, an increase of 7.4% year-on-year, and 7,406 vehicles to Ukraine, an increase of 35.1% year-on-year.
