Because the change of the valve seat port is proportional to the stroke of the valve disc, it is very suitable for adjusting the flow. It is a compulsory sealed valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface to not leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance to be overcome by the operating force is the friction between the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force to close the valve is greater than the force to open the valve. The diameter must be large, otherwise the failure of the valve stem bending will occur. In recent years, the medium flow direction has been changed from above the valve disc into the valve cavity. At this time, under the action of the medium pressure, the force to close the valve is small, while the force to open the valve is large, and the diameter of the valve stem can be reduced accordingly.

1. Line maintenance

When the manual button is pressed, the solenoid valve can be opened, and it will return to the initial state when released. Use a general screwdriver to press and rotate to tighten the manual button.
3.Protection circuit
With protection circuit or indicator light can reduce the impact of external voltage on the solenoid valve, and can also be directly connected to the operating device. Generally, this can be installed if it is needed, but not installed. The function of the product gasket is to fill the two joint surfaces, making the joint more compact without extra gaps, so as to prevent the leakage of the circulating medium from the joint surface.
4.Requirements on gaskets
The material of the gasket must have certain elasticity and strength within the working temperature range to enhance the tight reliability of the hydraulic solenoid valve.
