In order to adapt to the trend of today's electronic products to lead-free environmental protection, Zhongke Meite Electronic Technology Equipment Co., Ltd., founded and controlled by Xi'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, recently developed a new lead-free wave soldering machine.
The product adopts two patent technologies of Xi'an Opto-mechanical Co., Ltd. in the design: the generator adopts the patent technology of “Three Asynchronous Induction Electromagnetic Pumps†which won the first prize of Shaanxi Provincial Patent, and another new patented technology “Adjustable Crest Width has also been applied to this product.
At present, the wave soldering machines supplied in the domestic market are all fixed wave soldering widths, and the successful development of this product first realizes the adjustable peak width of 120mm minimum and 350mm maximum, and adopts the closed loop control of the PCB transmission speed and the width of the guide rail. A number of innovative technological achievements such as electric closed-loop adjustment and spray system for man-machine dialogue.
