The high-performance SGX is rugged and durable, with up to three workstations, including two flame torches and a plasma workstation that can be fitted with the ESAB m3-IGC precision plasma system for high-performance plasma cutting. Through the integration of the high-speed AC drive on both sides and the rapid torch lift mechanism, the cutting cycle time is shortened, resulting in higher productivity.

The Vision T5 CNC controller with built-in process database fully integrates the convenient touch screen interface of Isa Plasma and flame process control for easy automation.
In addition, the product also comes standard with oxygen control devices that automatically switch between low preheating pressures and high preheating pressures, as well as cutting oxygen for penetrating thicker materials. The position design of the gas control device is very user-friendly, allowing the operator to operate it easily and see the torch during adjustment.
The SGX has a wide selection of plasma configurations ranging from simple air plasma systems to fully automated 360 amp multi-gas plasma systems. The device can be equipped with an ESAB m3 PlasmaTM for cutting 50 mm (2 in) low carbon steel. The m3 plasma system achieves excellent cutting results in a variety of materials and thicknesses, resulting in a cutting surface with very little slag dross and virtually no post-cleaning. The system is equipped with an automatic gas control device that integrates a CNC controller with a built-in process database, enabling quick process configuration without thinking.
The SGX can machine up to 2,500 mm (8 ft) wide and up to two 6000 mm (20 ft) boards. Issa's latest cutting system can be equipped with a bottom draw bench or bed for dry or underwater plasma cutting.
