• steel pipe we use are the pipe especially for conveyor roller with high- precision ERW , which can make the roller have the minimum radial run out to make sure the roller's best operation for your conveyor  .
• The bearing housing and steel tube are assembled  and welded  with a concentric automatic, welding machine.
•  Cuting of the steel tube is performed  with the use of a  digital automation equipment .
•  Fabrication of the roller is effected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentricity.
•  Roller and supporting components/materials are manufactured to ISO/BS/JIS/DIN//CEMA/Australia etc. standard.
