Roger Wood, Executive Vice President, BorgWarner, Dana’s CEO
US auto parts supplier Dana Corporation (Dana Holdings Inc.) today announced that it has appointed Borg Warner Executive Vice President Roger Wood (Roger Wood) as the new CEO Dana.

It is reported that John Devine, former president and CEO of Dana Corporation, will retire in June 2011 and Wood will take over as CEO. The position of chairman of the board left after Devine’s retirement will be assumed by Keith Waddell, CEO of American locomotive giant Harley-Davidson Inc.
