Rare earth butadiene rubber process improvement project acceptance

This topic carried out the catalyst formulation research, determined the best catalyst preparation process and industrial production process conditions, solved the problem of polymer agitation, glue transport and agglomeration caused by the viscosity of the rubber in the production process of rare earth butadiene rubber. The 30,000-ton/year rare-earth butadiene rubber industrial production facility was transformed and built. The performance of the rare earth butadiene rubber produced by the improved process is superior to that of the conventional butadiene rubber. The product is used in the radial tires of cars to exhibit excellent wear resistance and dynamic fatigue resistance.
