China's natural alkali mining and processing are commonly used causticization process, high cost, high energy consumption, serious pollution, in the international are falling out of the process. The causticization process requires not only a large amount of quicklime, but also a large amount of alkaline solid waste, causticized sludge, at the end, which becomes a serious source of pollution for nearby water sources.
The "half-half-base one-step" alkaline production process eliminated the causticizing process in the original process, and independently designed and manufactured large-scale energy-saving and environmental protection equipment such as its own back-alkali calcining furnace and natural circulation external cooling carbonization tower. In the production process, the new process not only uses no quicklime, no caustic sludge is discharged, and the solid waste generated in the production process becomes a by-product of the enterprise. The closed-loop recycling of waste water realizes zero emission, and also shortens the process flow and saves energy. Consumption, cost per ton of soda ash product can reduce operating costs by 300 yuan.
