In the past two years, Dongfeng Mould Stamping Technology Co., Ltd.'s product development department's Party Branch has always taken training as an important task, and hardened the training time and training form into a system. Every Monday morning, the team leaders and on-site design staff are organized. The minister and chief engineer held a field business exchange meeting to analyze and communicate the technical issues that occurred on the site. The project leader explained the technical standards of the related projects. Each team from Monday to Friday arranged a fixed training time and required the monitor to work weekly. The staff of this team were given training. The monthly shift team also conducted a quality accident analysis meeting to analyze and summarize the quality accidents that occurred in the current month. In 2007, only 528 person/times and 792 school/hours were taught on Saturdays.
