Recently, the newly-built coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization system of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd.'s thermoelectric workshop began feeding and was officially put into trial operation. This is another major step in the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction and recycling economy following the technical transformation of the limestone desulfurization system for coal-fired boilers by Lutianhua, which can receive significant environmental, social and economic benefits.
Lutianhua's coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization system project is the key project of Lutianhua's “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†period for energy conservation and emission reduction. The total investment of the project is more than 32 million yuan, and the advanced "ammonia-fertilizer" desulfurization technology is mainly used to desulfurize the flue gas of the existing 2 x 130 tons/hour circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boiler, and the recovered sulfur dioxide will be recovered. Recycling of atmospheric pollutants, turning waste into treasure, and destroying damages are all benefits, so as to achieve the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, and recycling economy. Since the project was formally started in June this year, Lutianhua Development Planning Department, Production Department, Thermoelectricity Workshop and Hongxu Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. have cooperated with the construction and construction units to cooperate with each other in order to reduce the duration of the project, continue operations, and work hard to ensure project safety. High quality and efficiency are scheduled to be put into operation.
After the project of Futian Chemical Coal-fired Boiler Flue Gas Desulfurization System is put into operation, it can process 340,000 cubic meters of sulfur-containing flue gas generated from coal-fired boilers every hour, accumulating an annual reduction of 2,608 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions, not only in the purified flue gas. The sulfur dioxide reaches the national third-phase emission standards, and it can greatly reduce soot emissions. While achieving significant energy saving and emission reduction effects, this system can also be combined with the treatment of ammonia-bearing wastewater from the Haotian Chemical Fertilizer production plant in the desulfurization process, converting the recovered sulfur dioxide and ammonia to ammonium sulfate fertilizer, and adding an annual output of 35,000 tons.
