Jiangsu Electric Bicycle Registration Management Measures Promulgated

To promote the adjustment of the industrial structure, accelerate the transformation and upgrade, further standardize the production and sales of electric bicycles in Jiangsu Province and traffic management, and provide consumers with safe and comfortable green environmental protection means of transport, based on (General technical conditions for electric bicycles) (GB17761), (Notice on Strengthening the Management of Electric Bicycles) (No. 10 [2011]) and (Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Electric Bicycles) (Su Shih Pao Office [2011] No. 129) Document, Combined with the Development of Electric Bicycle Industry in Jiangsu Province Actually, the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Electric Bicycles in Jiangsu Province" has been formulated.

It is understood that there are 8 "Registration Measures for Electric Bicycles in Jiangsu Province": Article One: Implementing record management for electric bicycle products that are sold and used in Jiangsu Province; Second, the performance of electric bicycle products filed for the record should be in accordance with National standards, at the same time meet the "Jiangsu Province electric bicycle product registration management technical parameters specification (Trial)" requirements; Article III, management agencies and vocational staff; Article IV, the conditions for the application of electric bicycles record; Article 5, apply for filing Procedures; Article 6; Others; Article VII. These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of issuance; Article 8 of the present Measures shall be subject to your own interpretation by the Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.
