Highway overrun detection station management measures implemented from August 1
Strengthen and standardize the management of highway overrun detection stations and ensure the effective control of vehicle overruns according to law. According to the “Highway Law of the People's Republic of China†and the “Regulations on the Protection of Highway Safetyâ€, the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China issued Order No. 7 of 2011— "Administrative Measures for Highway Overrun Detection Stations".
The “Measures for the Administration of Highway Overrun Detection Stations†was adopted at the 6th ministerial meeting on June 10, 2011 and is hereby promulgated. It will come into effect on August 1, 2011.
