The machine is made by high-grade cast iron and cast steel to insure enough machine weight and enough size.

It consists of lubricating systerm and driving systerm.

The driving systerm include wire feeding,wire clamping ,wire cutting and stamping.

Nail Making Process
 

Before drawing raw steel wire, we need shucking machine to remove surface oxide and rust, also sharpening machine to make the point of raw wire thinner to enter wire drawing machine.

Wire drawing machine is to draw the raw wire to the fine dia for nails. we also make all kinds of pulley wire drawing machine 

When getting fine wire diameter we need for nails, nail making machine can feed the wire directly and make all kinds of nails automatically. 

 Finally, nail polihsing machine is used to make the nail brighening and clean.
