China's gold mining ship commonly used gold selection process
As mentioned above, the gold mining ship is a comprehensive equipment with both mining and beneficiation systems. The washing machine screen, chute, jig, shaker and other equipment equipped on the ship can form a relatively complete beneficiation process. The following is a description of several gold selection processes applied on domestic gold mining vessels:
     (1) Single fixed chute process: consisting of a washing tank screen and a fixed chute (Fig. 1). The fixed chute is used for both rough selection (transverse fixed chute) and sweeping (longitudinal fixed chute).

     (2) Fixed chute - jigging process: rough selection by fixed chute and jig sweeping (Fig. 2).

     (3) Chute-jigging-shaker process: use fixed chute rough selection, jig sweep selection, shaker selection (Fig. 3), such as Huichun gold mine 250 liter gold mining ship.

     (4) Three-stage jigging process: In fact, a rough selection and two selections are carried out with a jig (Fig. 4), which are applied more on gold mining vessels, such as 300 liters of gold imported from the Netherlands by Huma Gold Mining Bureau. The ship is using this process.
