In recent years, the number of electric vehicles has increased, and various types of charging infrastructure, including charging piles, have developed rapidly. According to the relevant person in charge of the North China Energy Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration, there are various problems in the construction and operation of some charging infrastructures, such as the long-term occupation of charging pile parking spaces by non-electric vehicles and unstable charging.
In order to strengthen the supervision of charging services, the National Energy Administration authorized the North China Energy Regulatory Bureau to open a Beijing charging pile hotline 63706601 on Friday to accept the public's reflection on the construction and operation of charging piles within the city. Currently, the hotline provides manual answering services from 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. The North China Energy Regulatory Authority will also open a special module on its official website for charging post information feedback, and will open feedback channels such as mobile APP.
