1.1 Features
One-layer extrusin tube uses: PE. Two-layer extrusion tube can reduce material cost.(using : Pearl + PE/PE + Pigment)
The temperature controllers of different materials can be controlled individually. In this way, we can find out the best running condition on the materials both in running fluency and dis-solubility.
The surface of co-extrusion tubes made by two-layer machine is more glossy than the surface of mono-layer tubes.
Using the same material on two-layer co-extrusion can increase the water-resistance and anti-penetration of the materials for about 20-30% (using: PE+ Pigment. Inner: recycled material.)

3.1 Introduction
B·ZJ-III Automatic Shoulder Injecting Machine, researched and manufactured on our own, is a new type machine of advanced science and technology specially for shoulder injection. Its all operation is controlled by PLC of large-scale through a people-machine interface of touch screen. By plastic injecting, spitting, squeezing and welding, it can make a plastic shoulder for plastic tubes and aluminum-plastic tubes. And the shoulder is smooth, beautiful and firm.
This machine mainly includes precise clearance apparatus, automatic tube-feeding device, fixed volume injecting device, plastic spitting device, mould-closing forming device, mold separating device, automatic tube-releasing device , automatic material-feeding device and cushion container.
